What is “Kotinos 2018”
The "Kotinos" Quality Contest follows the procedures and criteria of the internationally recognized MARIO SOLINAS Competition held by the International Olive Council. At the same time, it stands out for the evaluation of the entries based on the intensity of their fruitiness and their classification in one of three categories of organoleptic characteristics—robust, medium and delicate—by the tester group of the SEVITEL Organoleptic Laboratory (accredited by the Hellenic Accreditation System). Finally, the selection of the winners for each of the three categories, FILAIOS Club has secured the participation of a group of internationally renowned jurors.
