The FOOD EXPO team is gearing up for a new season. Around 1,500 exhibitors will gather at the Food & Beverage trade show, which will boast over 50,000 sq. m. of exhibition space.
The 5th FOOD EXPO that will take place between 10-12 March 2018, will succeed in raising the bar by becoming the meeting point for Greek and international entrepreneurs and trade visitors from the agri-food sector, as well as from the organized retail, wholesale, hotel, and foodservice. According to the survey conducted by IPSOS-OPINION SA, an independent company, most of the international visitors that attended FOOD EXPO 2017 expressed their satisfaction with the level of organization, confirmed they closed significant deals, and stated their intention to participate again in next year’s iteration. Specifically, 35% of international visitors declared that they closed deals during the three days of the trade show, while 41% expect to finalize deals within the next 6 months.
A trade show of high commercial value
According to the survey, exhibitors also think that FOOD EXPO is a great place for making significant business contacts and discovering upcoming trends. It is also the perfect place to discuss common issues, demonstrate achievements, learn about new products, and find new partners. And no wonder, since exhibiting at FOOD EXPO is one of the major steps for F&B companies to effectively market their products.
